How to replace a disk AIX OS?

How do I replace a disk?

 

Extend the Volume Group

# extendvg VolumeGroup hdisk_new

Migrate the physical Volumes

# migratepv hdisk_old hdisk_new

Reduce the VG with disk without issues

# reducevg -d VolumeGroup hdisk_old
